SIDE BY SIDE MENTORSHIP

The main key element of the project is that young people volunteering locally will not only get placements at local companies and organisations but they will be paired with volunteers from Abroad who will act as mentors to African youth working side by side during a 12 to 24 weeks period. The volunteers working under the mentor ship scheme will be offered free shared accommodation.
